Return & Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping with Loadmarker™! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we’re here to help.
1. Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- Time Frame: You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to return your product for a refund or exchange.
- Condition of Product: The item must be unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging. Custom-made or personalized items (such as custom text, colors, or designs) are not eligible for return unless the item is defective or was damaged during shipping.
- Proof of Purchase: A receipt or order confirmation is required to process returns.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Personalized or custom-made magnetic laundry tags (unless defective or damaged)
- Products marked as “final sale” or “non-returnable” at the time of purchase
- Items that have been used or damaged by the customer
3. How to Return an Item
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team. Provide your order number and details about the item you wish to return.
- Return Authorization: We will send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to send the product back to us.
- Package the Item: Carefully pack the product in its original packaging (if possible) and include any accessories, documentation, or free gifts that came with the item.
- Ship Back the Product: Return the item to the address provided in the RMA instructions. The cost of return shipping will be at the customer’s expense, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product.
4. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return conditions. If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to the original payment method. Please note the following:
- Processing Time: Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after we receive the returned product. Please allow additional time for the refund to reflect on your account, depending on your payment provider.
- Refund Amount: The refund will include the purchase price of the item(s), minus any shipping or handling fees, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product.
- Restocking Fees: We do not charge restocking fees for returns unless the item is returned in an unacceptable condition (e.g., damaged or used).
5. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges for products. If you would like a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the replacement.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at support@loadmarker.com. We will arrange for a return or exchange at no additional cost to you. Please provide:
- A description of the damage or defect
- Photos of the damaged or defective product
- Your order number
We will either send you a replacement product or issue a full refund, depending on your preference and availability of stock.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund within the expected time frame:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company or payment provider—there may be processing delays.
- If you’ve done all of the above and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@loadmarker.com.
8. Shipping Costs
- Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or we made an error in fulfilling the order.
- Original Shipping Costs: Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping (if applicable) will be deducted from your refund amount.
